People suffer from attacks when they have higher than normal levels of stress, chemical imbalances, and also vitamin and mineral deficiencies. You can not eliminate stress from your life, you can mainly working on controlling it and how you deal with it. Stress is healthy for you. So there is no "cure" for stress.

Once you figure out what causes panic and anxiety attacks - these are called triggers - then it's just a small matter of avoiding those triggers or managing them as best as you can. I'm not trying to make it seem simple I'm just making the point that once you figure out what causes you a lot of anxiety, you then just have to target that cause or trigger and the attacks will lessen in severity and frequency.

There are many cures available for panic and anxiety attacks that do not involve you taking prescription medications. You could work on stress management, aromatherapy, relaxation techniques, yoga and breathing techniques, and herbal supplements. Many people suffer from attacks so there are many cures available. No cure will work for everyone. It's a matter of finding out what works best for you and then applying that whenever you read about the latest round of layoffs or unemployment numbers.
